What needed to connect.
A pharmaceutical learning function needed services, systems and governance that could support regional scale while respecting quality, audit and regulatory requirements.
The part I led.
As EMEA Director – Learning Transformation, I led the learning workstream through a SuccessFactors HR transformation. I worked with business, HR, Quality, compliance and technology leaders to modernise capability operations and build globally aligned services.
