A SAP S/4HANA upgrade and related regional initiatives needed clear governance, executive reporting and cross-functional alignment across supply chain, sales, service and finance.
The part I led.
As Transformation Governance & Business Readiness Lead, I provided programme leadership, communications and strategic support. I translated technical delivery updates into executive reports, made risks and issues visible and coordinated business-readiness work across operational functions.
