Virtual AI Transformation Office
Help people turn a problem at work into a brief, a review and a human decision.
A proposed company-intranet service connecting employee discovery, AI-supported review and accountable decisions. The working coach remains private. These sample screens use fictional data and show an intended experience, not a live enterprise service.
A funnel with human judgement throughout
- Employee discovery
Start with the work and the need. A conversation helps develop an editable brief, including non-AI alternatives. The employee checks suggestions and confirms the wording.
- AI-supported review
A reviewer could receive suggested evidence questions and possible related demand from authorised summaries. Suggestions and uncertain relationships require human checking.
- Human decision
An authorised person chooses discovery, a bounded test, delivery, defer or stop, records why and names the next-action owner. A recommendation does not approve risk, funding or implementation.
Employee discovery and evolving brief
Illustrative sample screen · Fictional data · No live AI calls

A fictional employee question, a reported need, an unconfirmed AI suggestion and an open evidence question.
Reviewer assistance
Illustrative sample screen · Fictional data · No live AI calls

Fictional possible related demand, evidence to request and an uncertain discovery suggestion. AI suggestions need human review.
Human decision and owned next action
Illustrative sample screen · Fictional data · No live AI calls

A fictional discovery decision with rationale, operations owner and proposal history. Shared submitter visibility is future scope.
How a review informs the decision
Start with a defined change. Keep six evidence tests distinct, establish mandatory requirements, compare eligible options and check team contributions before recording an owned action. The diagrams describe a proposed framework, not measured results or a validated prioritisation method.
Review architecture — proposed diagram
Value, ownership, work design, team capability, evidence and challenge, and lasting results inform a contextual decision and plan.
Governed prioritisation — proposed diagram
Check mandatory requirements first, compare value, feasibility, effort, dependencies, urgency, evidence and residual risk, then sequence an owned action with review triggers.
What exists, and what remains future work
A private local interface has exercised editable briefs, explicit confirmation, contradiction handling, history, optional browser save, reset and local exports. Human reviewers can record a route, reason, role owner and next action.
Coach and reviewer integration has been contract-tested offline. Live conversation quality has not been validated. The public page provides no coach, AI endpoint or company submission form.
Company accounts and SSO, permission-aware demand search, shared work queues, organisational storage, immutable audit, retention enforcement, notifications, submitter replies and enterprise integrations remain future scope. No customer results or proven benefits are claimed.
