SMALLEST SENSIBLE NEXT STEP
Exploring a cell does not assess your organisation.

Thinking about how organisations perform in an AI-enabled world
Proposed LecXie framework · Assessment saved in this browser only
01 / EXPLORE
Choose an area and a capability state to see concrete AI possibilities, prerequisites and evidence. You can explore without taking an assessment.
Analytics supports every discipline. Data, technology and AI owns shared foundations; each strand owns its decision-relevant outcomes. Dashboards alone do not demonstrate maturity.
Inner → outer: Foundational to Renewing.
Arc area does not represent value. This is a navigator, not a score.

PEOPLE · WORK · ORGANISATIONAL LEARNING
See practical ways AI could help people plan work, build skills and learn together. Explore what must be in place — then assess your own situation.
02 / SEE THE CONNECTIONS
A service team receives a new customer demand. Follow what has to connect for the organisation to respond and learn.
Planning, allocation, learning, work design and knowledge form the loop. Leadership, services, technology and governance provide accountable support throughout. Automation is optional; accepted handoffs and usable feedback are essential.
YOUR STARTING POINT
Answer questions across all nine domains, see the current view, agree realistic targets, then choose your next actions. Start by setting one team or workflow as your scope. You can skip a question or say you don’t know.
No wheel knowledge needed. Your answers indicate where to investigate; they do not establish a validated maturity level.
You choose what to share. Your assessment answers stay in this browser; opening the contact page does not send them.
Discuss your context →03 / PROVISIONAL SELF-ASSESSMENT
Start with one observable-practice screener per strand; open targeted probes where needed. Capture a working view, with confidence and evidence notes. No automatic validated assessment, numeric average or remote collection. Choose targets that suit the objective, including targets below Level 5.
Unassessed means unknown. “Foundation not demonstrated” records a reviewed evidence gap; neither is Level 1. Later levels require evidence that relevant foundations remain in place.
A capability view does not authorise an AI use case. Record a proposed aid and any unresolved condition; no live AI is run here.

04 / BASIS & BOUNDARIES
This is a proposed LecXie framework for exploration. The five states are ordinal descriptions, not equal intervals. We do not average them into a maturity score or rank organisations.
Current capability, AI adoption and use-case assurance are separate questions. A team can have strong capability with little AI. An AI tool does not establish connected or renewing capability.
At higher maturity, historic HR silos become discreetly embedded in business activity. Disciplines retain owners, decision rights and accountability. Renewal includes stopping approaches that no longer work.
These sources inform the design; none endorses this model. This is not a validated standard, certification, legal compliance determination or peer benchmark.
AI and non-AI examples are illustrative options, not product demonstrations or promises. Conditional future possibilities require testing in the actual context.
A separate source-linked comparator review informed coverage. Integration, human-centred work and continuous renewal already appear in established approaches; no claims of novelty, completeness or superiority are made here. Sub-capabilities and real-world case evidence can be added within these nine strands.
