Thinking about how organisations perform in an AI-enabled world

Learning through conversation

GPT demo / developing concept

Practise using AI through guided conversation, contrasting perspectives and a useful next action.

The problem

Knowing a prompt technique is different from using AI well in a real situation. People need room to try, question an answer and see what a different perspective changes.

Illustrative example

A small, practical starting point

A learner asks how AI could help with a customer handover. A facilitator perspective could clarify the task; a delivery perspective could suggest an approach; a challenge perspective could ask what must be checked. The learner would choose a small action to try and return with evidence.

One conversation, several perspectives

  1. YouHow could AI help me prepare a better customer handover?
  2. Facilitator perspectiveWhat must the next person understand, and what may the AI see?
  3. Delivery perspectiveTry a brief draft from approved notes. Check it against the original.
  4. Challenge perspectiveWhat is missing or uncertain? Which detail could mislead the next person?
