The assessment method

Make the judgement inspectable.

Originality

What distinction, mechanism or question does the contributor add? Trace it to prior work before calling it original.

Evidence

What supports the consequential claims? Keep observation, inference and uncertainty distinct.

Practical usefulness

Does the work help people make a clearer decision or frame a testable question?

Willingness to revise

Across reviewed contributions, record corrections, changed claims and responses to counterevidence. One piece is insufficient.

Publish the reviewed date, supporting pieces, sample size and coverage limits alongside any future editorial ranking. Show emerging voices and unreviewed areas without treating missing coverage as poor quality. Follower count earns no points.

No global representativeness is claimed. Africa is a current discovery gap. Commercial interests are disclosed in the selection notes, and no portrait reuse rights have been assumed.
